Four moves,
one feeling.

There is no shortcut to a piece that feels right. These are the steps we return to.

01
Geometric Ankara print

Find the print

We begin with colour, hand-feel and the pattern that makes us stop.

02
Ankara garment being shaped

Shape the ease

We let the print lead, then build a silhouette that gives it and you room.

03
Finished purple Ankara dress

Finish the detail

Seams, hems and the little decisions that make a garment feel considered.

04
Colourful finished Ankara dress

Send it out

Once it feels ready, it leaves the studio to become part of your story.

Small runs.
Close attention.

Making in small runs lets us notice what a cloth is doing. It gives us time to adjust a line, respect a border and make a better decision before a piece finds its person.

It also means every collection can stay curious. A new print can change the shape. A conversation can change the next one.

Good work should
feel good to wear.

01

Considered colour

We choose prints for the feeling they bring, then let the rest of the garment support that energy.

02

Real-life ease

Movement matters. Our pieces are made for work, weekends, celebrations and the walk home after.

03

A local beginning

We are proud to start in Kampala, learn through making and grow the practice one piece at a time.

From clothing
to a wider textile practice.

Our registered objectives reach toward manufacturing, distribution, digital retail, technical training and textile research. Those chapters are ahead of us. The craft we are building now is the foundation.
